The second of the series covers ADHD/ADD, bullying, PTSD, and social media. The third of the series covers addiction, eating disorders, OCD, and trauma. There are 4 chapters in each eBook. Also included are QR codes that lead directly to organizations and demonstrations of self-care strategies helpful to the user. Each chapter averages up to 20 pages in length.
